Contractor’s notification of company transformation

On behalf of Polnix, I hereby inform you that, as of February 23, 2026, the company under the name “POLNIX” Marek, Piotr, Paweł Kurkierewicz spółka jawna (general partnership) was transformed into a limited liability company under the name Polnix sp. z o.o. (limited liability company). Pursuant to the principle of continuity, arising from Article 553 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, the transformed company is entitled to all the rights and obligations of the company being transformed.

This means that Polnix sp. z o.o. is the same entity operating only in a changed legal form. I also inform you that the company’s bank account details and Tax Identification Number (VAT) remain unchanged and are as follows: PL5220203914.

Therefore:

1. The legal relationships (agreements) between Polnix and its business partners remain unchanged,

2. Polnix sp. zo.o. remains a party to all agreements previously entered into by the general partnership,

3. There is no need to amend or re-enter into any agreements.

For the avoidance of doubt, the transformation constitutes only a change in the legal form of the company and does not affect the manner of conducting its current business activities, including the scope of its activities. The previous partners of the general partnership have become partners (shareholders) and members of the management board of the limited liability company. No additional actions are required on your part. However, all documentation relating to Polnix, including accounting documents (invoices), should indicate “Polnix sp. z o.o.,” not “Polnix sp.j..”.
